yes, keep getting, "Sorry, there was an error loading this video. Please try reloading the page."

which video?

none of the four i purchased can be watched at this time. was able to watch two the other day, but they won't play at this time.

internet connection working. cookies cleared. still no luck.
when i go to, "browse", and find a video i've purchased, it will not have the lock symbol.
when i click on the video, it takes me to the, "watch now " page.
when i click to watch, it takes me back to the "browse" page.

It seems like a login issue - I just resent the login email to the email address I have on file. Let me know if that helps.

I also forwarded your info to the VHX tech people, let's see if they can help resolve the login issue if my solution doesn't work.

when i log on to the site direct, when i click on watch i get sent back to browse.

tried everything you said...no luck.

finally figured it out......
i was blocking trackers in my browser.
